The comfortably furnished holiday home Hippokamp with its own pool is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Xiropigado, close to the sea.
The spacious holiday home was renovated in 2011, extends over 2 floors and offers its guests plenty of space and the appropriate comfort for a relaxing holiday.
Completely enclosed, well-kept and partly terraced garden plot on a slight slope above the sea, particularly suitable for families with small children.
On the raised ground floor there is a large living area with several seating areas, adjoining the very spacious and perfectly equipped open-plan kitchen with bar and direct access to the front, covered terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the storage room.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.
From the hallway there is direct access to the terrace with wonderful sea views.
There is an extra fridge with freezer compartment in the hallway for catering on the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 beautiful shared marble bathroom on this floor.
To the side of the terrace, an external staircase leads up to the roof terrace of the holiday home with fantastic sea views as far as the Argolida coast opposite.
The approx. 65 m² freshwater pool (14 x 7 to 4 m wide, depth 0.70 x to 1.5 m, not heatable, operation all year round) provides refreshment and bathing fun for guests.
Many Mediterranean plants, palm and olive trees provide the necessary shade.
A beautiful, covered terrace with BBQ, close to the pool, at the edge of the property completes the picture of the holiday home.
Behind the house there is an outdoor chess board game.
Directly below the holiday home, after approx. 100m, there are steps leading down to a small bay with fine gravel.
Within walking distance, after a few hundred metres, you are right in the middle of the village of Xiropigado.
There are many tavernas, cafés and sun loungers on the beach along the promenade.
The beautiful holiday home Hippokamp is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday with family or friends, as well as for visiting the ancient sites of the Peloponnese.
The famous theatre of Epidavros, Schliemann's excavations in Mycenae and the remains of the palace of Tyrins are nearby excursion destinations.
The beautiful, historic town of Nafplion is only a few kilometres away.
It is also possible to book the house in winter.

De eigenaren zijn zulke lieve mensen en hebben ons een warm welkom gegeven met heerlijk vers fruit en homemade mousaka.

A very nice and spacy accomodation situated in a charming village. The pool and the pool area is an excellent supplement to the easy semi-private Beach access. The Owner is nice and friendly. Best recommendations.
