Platanias Villa Spyros is a stunning, contemporary villa in the heart of the renowned tourist destination of Platanes, Rethymno, Crete.
This magnificent property comprises three separate apartments, each equipped with modern amenities and luxuries, and is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach and various entertainment options.
With its ability to accommodate up to 15 guests, it offers a perfect getaway for both families and groups. The ground floor apartment features a spacious living room, a dining area, and a modern open-plan kitchen fitted with state-of-the-art appliances.
A large satellite TV, a cozy fireplace, and a sofa bed provide entertainment and comfort.
In addition to a double bed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a washing machine, there is another bedroom with two bunk beds.
Connected to this room, a charming attic hosts another double bedroom adorned with contemporary furnishings, complete with a small shower bathroom. Accessed via an external staircase, the first-floor apartment offers an open-space living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen.
Two generously sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a double bed, provide comfortable accommodation.
An additional spacious bathroom with a shower enclosure enhances the convenience of this apartment.
A capacious balcony on this floor boasts breathtaking sea views, two sunbeds, and a dining table. On the same floor, the third apartment includes a living area, dining area, a separate open-plan modern kitchen, and a double bed bedroom.
All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, Smart TV, WiFi internet connection, and air-conditioning.
Additionally, they share access to a game room with billiards and a darts board. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool very much, the loccation and the big house.

The villa was in the perfect location. Lots of restaurants, shops all in walking distance. The villa itself we had all 3 as a family of 12. The top two apartments look recently renovated and we’re in a lovely condition.
The pool is lovely, cleaned and looked after daily. The pool room is a great addition!
I would say the ground floor apartment needs a bit of renovating. It doesn’t have a shower, so everyone was going upstairs to shower.
The apartments seem to not be fully equipped in the kitchens.
The bbq isn’t usable as the grill is to close to the coals, we had to hunt around the area and bring b...

Lovely outside space & pool. Great location for beach, bars, restaurants etc. Ground floor interior a little bit dated in contrast to first floor apartments, which were more modern. A little bit of an ant problem in ground floor kitchen area.
