This villa is situated in a small place called Gruda (Konavle region), only 12 km away from Dubrovnik airport.
If you are looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation, far away from the urban noise, but still close to the city and all cultural activities, then this villa is a perfect choice because it's only 30 km away from Dubrovnik.
This villa has 120 m2 of living area and an infield of more than 800m2.
Also, there are five private parking places.
Villa offers accommodation for maximum 8 guests and it consists of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom.
House is surrounded by beautiful garden which leads to the swimming pool and nice terrace with sundecks.
Also, there is a tavern and summer kitchen which all guests can use anytime.
During your stay you can visit the attractive Sokol tower, ride a bike, take a stroll on the one of the footways, dive or just enjoy the rich gastronomic offer, clean Adriatic sea and Mediterranean atmosphere.
