Cozy and bright semi-detached house with sea views and a communal swimming pool, ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends.
It is located in the quiet and family-friendly La Borna residential area, just 1.5 km from the beachand 4 km from the center of Begur. The property has been completely renovated and is distributed over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a full bathroom with shower.

(+) : Hem estat molt bé en aquesta casa… ens feia por que al no tenir aire acondicionat passéssim molta calor però ha sigut tolerable.
