The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned house with jacuzzi for rent in Plouër-sur-Rance, less than a kilometre from the port, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 70 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and jacuzzi area, accessible all year round at no extra charge
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), TV
Outside:
- A 10m² terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Located in the heart of the Emerald Coast region
- The medieval town of Dinan is a 15-minute drive away
- Bourbansais Zoo is 20 minutes' drive away
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 37 minutes away by car
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private gravel parking (1 vehicle).

- Nearest train station: Dinan train station, 12 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Dinan airport, 15 minutes by car

Logement parfaitement conforme à la description, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le jacuzzi est un véritable atout, particulièrement appréciable pour se détendre après nos longues journées de marche à Saint-Malo et au Mont-Saint-Michel. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
