A pochi minuti a piedi la “Spiaggia Brema” e “Spiaggia Lido Galeazzi”e a breve distanza le terme di Sirmione "Acquaria Thermal SPA"
Appartamento di 70 mq, primo e unico piano (senza ascensore). Ampio ingresso con camino e divano letto per 1 persona, soggiorno con divano (questo divano non è un divano letto), e smart TV 55 '', zona cucina attrezzata: frigorifero, piano cottura a induzione, forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè Nespresso; balcone con tavolo e 4 sedie, con vista sul giardino e sul porto. L'appartamento dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale con balcone, 1 camera singola e un divano letto singolo nell'ingresso, per un totale di 4 posti letto. Bagno finestrato con doccia, WC, bidet. Ampio Garage privato, lavatrice. Piscina condominiale con apertura stagionale, completamente ristrutturata.

Tassa di soggiorno, NON INCLUSA, da pagare all’arrivo in contanti. Per l’anno 2026, dal 01/01/2026 al 31/12/2026, la tariffa è € 2.80 a persona al giorno, fino a un massimo di 7 notti. Esclusi i ragazzi fino al 14° anno compreso.
CHECK IN: dalle 15:00 alle 21:00. Altri orari vanno concordati in anticipo e per arrivi oltre le 21.00 è richiesto un pagamento supplementare di 25 euro. Si chiede di comunicare l’orario di arrivo almeno un giorno prima e eventuali ritardi durante il viaggio.
CHECK OUT: entro le 10.00.
Se si desidera un cambio di biancheria è richiesto un supplemento di 10 EURO a persona a cambio.
Non è consentito fumare, non sono ammessi animali, no feste, no subaffitto.

Located just 100 meters from the "Sirmione 2" harbor, in an area surrounded by parks and gardens. Nearby, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and other services—all within walking distance. Just a few minutes’ walk away are "Spiaggia Brema" and "Spiaggia Lido Galeazzi," and a short distance from the famous Sirmione thermal baths, "Acquaria Thermal SPA."
The apartment is 70 square meters, located on the first and only floor (no elevator). It features a spacious entrance with a fireplace and a sofa bed for one person, a living room with a sofa (the sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed), a 55-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen area: refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The balcony has a table and four chairs, offering a view of the garden and the harbor.
The apartment has one double bedroom with balcony, one single bedroom, and a single sofa bed in the entrance hall, sleeping four in total. Bathroom with window, shower, toilet, and bidet. Large private garage and washing machine. Shared seasonal swimming pool, completely renovated.

Tourist tax (NOT INCLUDED): To be paid in cash upon arrival. For 2026, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, the rate is €2.80 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to and including 14 years old are exempt.
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Other times must be arranged in advance. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, an additional fee of €25 is required. Please communicate your arrival time at least one day in advance and notify us of any delays during your journey.
CHECK-OUT: By 10:00 AM.
Linen change: If you require a change of bed linen, there is an additional charge of €10 per person per change.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, and no subletting.
A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

We found all we needed. A few not perfect observationd were:
The music in the cafe next door was sometimes too loud. The chairs on the balcony could be more comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't sit on the balcony for long. But otherwise everything else was great. We enjoyed the time in the apartment.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment is very neatly decorated, communication was great and there was a lot of space (we were four adults). Clean apartment, quiet surroundings. Easy and close by access to transport to centre of Sirmione. Very nice beach only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
