If you are interested in spending a holiday in a new and very pretty house, just a few meters from the beach and the sea, immersed in the typical Mediterranean landscape, this is the right solution for you.
The house is available all year.
In Mattinata, Gargano, we rent a beautiful house of 28 square meters recently renovated, located in a land bordering the beach (Municipalities bordering Mattinata: Vieste, Peschici, Manfredonia, San Giovanni Rotondo, Monte Sant'Angelo).
The ideal capacity is 2 people but in the hallway there is also a sofa bed that can provide additional temporary accommodation for a maximum of another person, preferably children.
It is therefore the ideal solution for a couple or a couple with a child.
You can reach the sea comfortably on foot in VERY few seconds.
It takes almost more time to write it than to do it.
The BEACH is composed of small and fine gravel.
The two-room apartment has been recently renovated, the furniture is in fact brand new as are all the systems and the fixtures, equipped with double glazing and mosquito nets.
It is also equipped with air conditioning.
Internally it is organized as follows: entrance hall with kitchen, hallway and dining room, bedroom, spacious and comfortable bathroom.
In addition to the interior spaces you will have large outdoor spaces and a covered veranda for exclusive use below which you can enjoy your meals in peace.
The parking space is outdoors and is immediately adjacent to the house.
Natural habitat: the typical Mediterranean vegetation (olive trees, citrus fruits, etc.), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea.
The parking space is outdoors and is located a few meters from the house.

The space is small but it was purpose built so it meets the needs of two people. It was clean and both brother were very nice and accommodating. The beach is literally steps away from the rooms. The road in is tight by US standards but manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks!
