This cosy holiday home is situated on the quiet outskirts of Pähnitz, a small hamlet in the municipality of Windischleuba in the Altenburger Land region, nestled between the edge of the forest and the fields. The accommodation is aimed at those seeking relaxation, holidaymakers and families, and is not let out as accommodation for tradespeople. The surrounding area offers not only peace and relaxation, but also plenty of opportunities for active outings into the countryside.
Outside the holiday home, a terrace with seating invites you to linger. Right next to the house is a small playground with a sandpit, a swing and a climbing frame. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for walks, cycle rides and excursions – for example, to Pahna Leisure Park with its swimming lake, to the royal seat of Altenburg, to the ‘Am Stausee’ restaurant in Fockendorf, or to other highlights in the Altenburger Land region. A dedicated charging point is available for electric cars. Usage is charged at €0.48 per kWh. Consumption is recorded via a separate electricity meter, which is read at the end of your stay and billed accordingly. The guest house features a fireplace, which can be used with firewood if required. The first basket of firewood is included; each additional basket is charged at 10 euros. This means you can enjoy cosy evenings by the fire whenever you like. The accommodation also features an outdoor table tennis table. Batts and balls are available for guests to use.

Die Umgebung des Hauses war für unsere Zweck, Familientreffen, ideal geeignet, Ruhige Lage, keine Störungen durch Passanten, kein Autoverkehr. Ein Paradies für Kinder mit Spiel und Sportmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus.

Der Zugang zum Matratzenlager ist enger als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist , für Kinder und junge Leute aber kein Problem. Im Gegenteil, reizvoll !

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung in jedem Bereich ist TOP! Die Lage wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch! Das beste für uns als Familie, die einfach mal keine Ausflüge machen und abschalten wollte, waren die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten den Tag zu gestalten: im Wald stromern, Tischtennis spielen, schaukeln...
Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es sei erwähnt, es fehlt das hauseigene WLAN. Mit dem eigenen Tarif hatte man Empfang im Haus nur auf dem Schlafboden und eben draußen. Aber wir waren da um abzuschalten, da spielte es keine große Rolle! Außerdem ist die Einrichtung des WLANs in Arbeit.
