Warm atmosphere with wooden accents throughout.
Three bedrooms: two on the ground floor and one in the attic, suitable for 6 people; baby bed available.
Bathroom with shower.
Garden attached to the house.
Ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
Wifi: yes – parking: yes – sheets/towels: bring your own. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. minimale Kücheneinrichtung, Geschirr unsauber, Töpfe und Pfannen alt, verkratzt z.T. gesundheitsschädlich, Kaffeemaschine undicht, diverse Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand, Duscharmatur lose, Küchenlicht funktioniert von 4 Birnen nur eine, Esstisch extrem instabil, Einbauschrankschiebetüren schwer zu bedienen (alt und billigst)

Was für ein schönes Ferienhaus! Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit dem Ofen machte unsere Abende so warm und einladend, Wir genossen Familienessen am Esstisch, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet für all unsere Kochbedürfnisse, Der Garten war ein nettes Plus für den Morgenkaffee!

Had een heerlijke verblijf! De gezellige sfeer van het huis deed het aanvoelen als thuis, We hebben genoten van het terras voor het ontbijt en de woonkamer voor filmavonden, De locatie was rustig, maar we hielden ervan dicht bij het strand te zijn,
